Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Secondary School to lead and inspire our secondary education division for the academic year 2026-2027. This role will be central to driving academic excellence, fostering a positive school culture, and managing all secondary school operations in alignment with our mission and values.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership for the Secondary School, ensuring the implementation of effective teaching and learning practicesLead, mentor, and develop secondary staff to optimize student achievement and professional growthCollaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute school-wide initiatives and policiesManage curriculum development and assessment processes, ensuring compliance with accreditation standardsPromote student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion throughout the secondary schoolOversee admissions, budgeting, and resource allocation for the secondary divisionEngage with parents, community stakeholders, and external partners to foster positive relationships and support for the schoolRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferredAt least 5 years of teaching experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within secondary educationProven experience in curriculum planning, staff management, and school operationsKnowledge of local and international educational standards and accreditation processesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsCommitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentExperience in international or semi-international schools is an advantageInterested candidates should submit a CV along with a cover letter explaining their suitability for the position.
