Job SummaryThe Head of Treasury is responsible for managing the company’s financial liquidity, funding strategy, banking relationships, and cash flow planning. The role ensures optimal utilization of financial resources to support large-scale real estate developments while minimizing financial risks.⸻Key Responsibilities* Develop and lead the company’s treasury strategy, including cash flow planning and liquidity management.* Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.* Oversee cash management, forecasting, and working capital optimization.* Structure and secure project financing, loans, and credit lines.* Monitor and manage financial risks (interest rates, liquidity, currency exposure).* Coordinate with Finance, Development, and Investment teams to align funding with project needs.* Oversee debt management and repayment schedules.* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.* Lead treasury reporting and provide insights to senior management.* Manage and develop the treasury team.⸻Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.* 12–15+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, with strong exposure to banking or financial institutions.* Proven experience in managing large financing structures and banking relationships.* Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial modeling, and risk management.* Experience in real estate, construction, or investment sectors is a plus.* Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACT are a plus.
