Brand Manager – Leading Food & Beverage CompanyLocation: Sheikh Zayed City, EgyptReports To: Marketing ManagerAbout the RoleA leading food and beverage company is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, supplier relationships, product launches, and category growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand performance, managing key stakeholders, and supporting commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the annual brand calendar, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and menu initiatives.Define pricing strategies, brand positioning, and innovation pipelines.Manage supplier relationships, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and promotional alignment.Collaborate with internal teams on recipe development, content creation, and product launches.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.Support sales teams with presentations, training materials, and sell-in tools.Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and brand reviews.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of brand revenue and gross margin targets.Supplier performance and QBR results.On-time launch execution and content readiness.Adoption of menu and recipe initiatives within Horeca accounts.Requirements5–8 years of experience in Brand Management or Category Management.Strong analytical and supplier management skills.Good understanding of the Horeca sector.Excellent communication, presentation, and content briefing skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent English (written and spoken).Application InstructionsSend your updated CV to jobs@hala-consulting.com and include:Expected net salaryNotice periodImportant: Mention "Brand Manager" in the email subject line.
