Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Headwaiter, based in Hurghada with some flexibility for remote tasks. The Headwaiter will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing daily food and beverage service operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating staff, ensuring proper dining room setup, overseeing service quality, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role also involves mentoring and training staff to ensure adherence to the company’s excellence standards. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team membersKnowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operationsAn understanding of basic Cooking techniques and kitchen operations may be beneficialStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAttention to detail and the ability to maintain high hygiene standardsProven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality or food serviceFluency in English; additional language skills are an assetHospitality certifications or equivalent training in food and beverage service preferred
