Key Responsibilities:Ensure all operations adhere to Egyptian HSE regulations and relevant international safety standards.Verify scope of assigned service providers is comply with town health and safety guidelines and requirements of destination free of hazards and controlled risks.Ensure that shared community facilities (playgrounds, sports areas) comply with safety guidelines and operational protocols.Monitor crowd safety and public-area risks in high-footfall zones (plazas, commercial boulevards, parking areas).Handing over new areas for approval it’s safety to use and no hazards might affect clients.Communication and following up with development, design and project for any newly developed area to make sure lesson learned is clearly understood and confirmed to be covered in new developed areas.Participation in handing over committee for new areas for approval that are is ready to use and free of hazards or non-compliance risk against the clients to use and make sure non-complied snags completion before handing over.Verify the safety of building systems such as fire protection, elevators, electrical distribution, and fire pumps.develop site work access permit for all contractors and issue system registry with data records for each service provider labor and management staff including vehicle inspection management system all in coordination with security of town records such as (criminal record, ID..etc)Lead response to incidents inside residential units, common areas, and commercial premisesParticipate in internal audits and risk reviews.Recommend improvements in design, operations, and workflows to reduce risks.HSE Contractor ManagementConduct regular inspections for residential, commercial, shared facilities and amenities and make sure scope of service well deployed though each of designated scope of serviceOversee contractors performing and Operations Safety for Hard, soft and landscape servicesEnforce Permit to Work (PTW) requirements for ( hot work, working at height, confined space, Electrical isolation, lifting operation validation for MOS and RACoordinate with security, FM, and emergency services during fire, medical emergency, utilities failures (gas leakages ) and Elevator entrapments.Maintain daily inspection logs and report unsafe acts, conditions, and contractor violations.Key Qualifications:5–8 years of HSE experience with strong exposure to Facility Management operationsRelevant degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Diploma acceptable with strong experience)Professional certifications preferred: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30-Hour, IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid/CPR, Fire MarshalAdditional certifications are a plus: ISO 45001/14001 Internal Auditor, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, Working at Height/Confined SpaceStrong knowledge of PTW systems, contractor management, incident investigation, and public-area safetyExperience in real estate, resorts, gated communities, or mixed-use developmentsSolid understanding of local regulations, fire safety systems, and risk control measuresStrong inspection, reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skillsDetail-oriented, compliance-focused, and able to perform on-site inspections across large areasCustomer-focused approach when interacting with residents, tenants, and contractors
