Job SummaryBadr & Asfour for Engineering & Metallic Industries is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing occupational health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and promoting a safe working environment across all company operations.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.Deliver HSE induction and awareness training programs for employees.Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Maintain HSE records and prepare periodic reports and statistics.Support emergency preparedness activities and safety drills.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Health & Safety within an industrial or manufacturing environment.NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification is highly preferred.Good knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.Strong understanding of Egyptian occupational safety regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to conduct risk assessments and accident investigations effectively.
