Lafarge Egypt continuously seeks to meet the needs of a wide range of customers including but not limited to individual homebuilders, large construction companies, architects, or local artisans, powered by 1500 passionate employees.Key Responsibilities:Control all administration related to risk management process in terms of registration, data entry validation and steps, system follow up with the area owners to cover all the area tasksDevelop driving risk assessment (SWI) with concerned parties and ensure all risks are mitigated and controlledResponsible of the training of all contractors H&S officers and workers and their assessment; keep it under close monitoring with collaboration with all stakeholdersMaintain H&S contractors training records system from all HS department sections. Generate periodically from the system all required trends and analysis report for his area of responsibilityDrive with concerned members of the cement plant to ensure presence of quality PPE and oversee implementation of site-specific PPE procedure for employees and contractorsFollow and conduct all emergency drills specially for area of responsibility and develop an action tracker for all action and follow up until closureEnsure that HSE Programs are developed and implemented in the area of responsibility.Full ownership of circulation plan implementation on site and follow up until closureCoordinate and support with HSE operations team members to enroll into daily HSE operations activitiesDevelop a layout for all fire equipment and exit the plant.Participate in the activities and tasks in terms of ensuring hazards identification and risk control related to its activitiesAuthorized as permit issuerEducation, Qualifications & Experience:Education:Bachelor's Degree.Qualifications:HSE technical experience is must.Software skills (Spread sheets, Mobile apps) are a must.Knowledge/experience on operations of Cement & Aggregates activities is a plusHaving additional HSE certifications is a plus.Experience:Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience within the HSE function in a heavy industry.WHO ARE LAFARGE PEOPLE?Lafarge people are passionate about finding better ways to build.
