Role Description Support the planning, development, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) products and projects that enhance business performance, automate processes, and create innovative customer solutions. This role is responsible for coordinating AI product initiatives, gathering business requirements, supporting product roadmaps, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven technologies across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing product documentation, supporting AI model deployment, tracking project performance, coordinating user testing, and driving continuous improvements to maximize product value and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in AI products, digital products, project coordination, business analysis, software implementation, or technology consulting roles.Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and intelligent automation technologies.Experience supporting AI product development, product lifecycle management, project delivery, or digital transformation initiatives.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs is highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate business requirements and recommend practical AI solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Experience supporting AI model deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), product documentation, and performance monitoring is an advantage.Professional certifications in AI, cloud computing, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or product management are considered an advantage.A proactive, innovative, and results-driven professional with a passion for emerging AI technologies, product innovation, and delivering high-quality AI solutions that create measurable business value and support long-term organizational growth.
