Operate and support HIS modules (Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, RCM).Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to resolve operational issues.Monitor system performance and handle incidents.Manage users, roles, and access permissions.Support system integrations (LIS, PACS, RIS, ERP).Provide user support and training.Prepare operational and performance reports.Liaise with system vendors and technical support teams.Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy policies. Minimum of 4 years of experience in HIS system operations, healthcare IT, or a related field.Proven expertise in managing and supporting Hospital Information Systems in a healthcare environment.Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).Experience with remote or home-based work arrangements, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and interoperability standards.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and security.Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as needed.
