Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Homeroom Teacher role based at Sahara New Capital International School in the New Administrative Capital. The Homeroom Teacher will plan and deliver daily lessons. Responsibilities include managing a classroom, monitoring student progress, assessing learning outcomes, and providing constructive feedback to students and families. The Homeroom Teacher will also maintain accurate records, prepare classroom materials, participate in school events and professional development, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.QualificationsStrong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in Foundation Stage homeroom settings.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation.Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, families, and colleagues.Experience in Training, coaching, or mentoring students to support academic, social, and emotional growth.Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a teaching certificate or recognized teaching qualification is preferred.Ability to create an inclusive classroom that supports diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.Comfort using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and a commitment to student well-being and safeguarding.
