Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive HORECA Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients across Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés. The role focuses on maintaining existing accounts, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop a portfolio of HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies)Build strong, long-term relationships with key accountsEnsure achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsHandle client inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolutionCoordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for smooth order processing and deliveryMonitor competitor activities and market trendsPrepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance updatesEnsure timely collection of payments from clientsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field3+ years of experience in HORECA / FMCG / Food DistributionStrong relationship management and negotiation skillsExisting network within the HORECA sector is a plusGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsProficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsFluent in English
