Role DescriptionThe Hospital Nursing Supervisor will oversee and manage the nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. This full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt involves coordinating patient care, managing schedules, and implementing hospital policies. The Nursing Supervisor will work closely with the medical team to support critical care and general nursing needs, address any patient concerns, and mentor nursing staff to maintain an efficient and effective clinical environment. QualificationsStrong expertise in Nursing Management, including leadership and team coordinationComprehensive knowledge of Nursing and Critical Care MedicineProven skills in Patient Care and a deep understanding of medical proceduresFamiliarity with hospital operations and healthcare policiesAbility to mentor, train, and supervise nursing staff effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related medical field; a master’s degree is an advantageRegistered nursing license; certification in critical care or management is a plusExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsPrior experience in a supervisory role in hospital or healthcare settings preferred
