The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the restaurant, managing reservations, and ensuring guests are seated in a timely and organized manner. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the service team, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and addressing guest inquiries to provide an exceptional dining experience. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a warm, welcoming environment for all guestsExperience handling reservations and ensuring accurate booking coordinationExcellent communication and customer service skills to address guest needsProficiency in phone etiquette to assist with inquiries and bookings effectivelyProfessional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plusFluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous
