Manage day-to-day online accommodation operations across multiple platforms.Maintain accurate hotel inventory, rates, promotions and availability on hotel extranet systems.Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution.Work closely with internal teams to support business requirements and operational targets.Monitor online accommodation performance and address discrepancies related to bookings, rates or availability.Ensure compliance with operational standards, timelines, and quality expectations.Handle operational challenges efficiently while working under pressure and tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.1–2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, including at least 1 year in online accommodation operations.Hands-on experience with OTAs, bedbanks and online hotel platforms.Strong familiarity with hotel extranet systems, including inventory updates, rate loading, promotions and availability management.Very good command of English language (spoken and written).Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and resolve problems effectively.Customer- and partner-oriented mindset.
