HPE Aruba & ClearPass Technical Engineer

Team members work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to contribute to complex, large-scale telecom projects.Role Description HPE Aruba & ClearPass Technical Engineer role based in Giza. The engineer will be responsible for configuring, and supporting HPE Aruba wired and wireless network solutions, as well as implementing and maintaining ClearPass for network access control. Day-to-day activities include conducting network assessments, preparing implementation plans, installing and optimizing network equipment, and troubleshooting performance or security issues. The role also involves creating and maintaining technical documentation, preparing handover materials, and providing knowledge transfer to internal teams or customers. The engineer will collaborate closely with project managers and other technical teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality project delivery.QualificationsStrong hands-on minimum 2 years' experience with HPE Aruba switching and wireless solutions, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting.Proficiency with Aruba ClearPass for network access control, authentication, authorization, and policy management.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, WLAN concepts, network security best practices).Experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimization tools.Ability to create clear technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation guides.Relevant certifications (e.g., Aruba ACMA/ACMP/ACSA/ACSP, or equivalent vendor-neutral networking certifications) are a strong advantage.Previous experience in telecom, ISP, or large enterprise network environments is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site in Giza.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
