Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Director to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions, drive organizational transformation, and build a high-performance culture aligned with the company's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities· Develop and execute the HR & Administration strategy aligned with business goals.· Lead all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Personnel, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.· Oversee all Administration operations, including facilities, office operations, security, fleet, and general services.· Partner with executive management on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.· Build leadership capabilities, strengthen employee engagement, and drive talent retention.· Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, including HRIS and ERP systems.· Establish HR policies, governance, KPIs, dashboards, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and company regulations.· Manage departmental budgets, vendors, and service providers to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency. · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.· MBA is preferred.· SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.· Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing both HR and Administration.· Proven experience in organizational transformation and change management.
