We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Administration Officer to support our company's growth by managing recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesManage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation.Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.AdministrationOversee day-to-day administrative operations.Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.Coordinate office supplies and administrative purchases.Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.Coordinate with the Finance department regarding payroll preparation and employee documentation.
