We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, personnel administration, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor laws. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.Handle social insurance procedures and employee registration where applicable.Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.Assist in performance appraisal and employee development processes.Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.Address employee inquiries and support employee relations activities.Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.Support HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Experience in recruitment and personnel administration.Good understanding of payroll preparation and attendance systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).Experience with HRMS or ERP systems is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Time-to-fill vacancies.Recruitment success rate.Accuracy of employee records.Payroll and attendance accuracy.Onboarding completion within the required timeline.Employee response and issue resolution time.Compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
