Manage employees’ files and HR documentation for all assigned branches.Follow up attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies.Support recruitment scheduling and hiring documentation.Handle HR letters and employee requests.Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.Coordinate with branch managers regarding HR operations and employee issues. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HR Administration / Personnel / HR Operations.Knowledge of labor law and HR processes.Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Ability to manage multiple branches and travel when required.
