-Handle daily HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.-Manage attendance, leaves, and employee data on HR systems.-Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.-Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.-Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.-Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.-Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.-1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.-Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.-Good organizational and time management skills.-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.-Good communication skills.Preferred Skills:-Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law.-Experience with HRIS systems.-Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
