Front Desk & Reception Duties:Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and job applicants appropriately.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.Manage the incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries, distributing them to the correct departments.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.Administrative Support:Monitor and manage office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) and restock when necessary.Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and booking meeting rooms.Perform data entry, update company databases, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers (maintenance, cleaning, IT support).Assist in drafting emails, formatting memos, photocopying, and scanning documents.Support in coordinating company travel arrangements or corporate events when required.
