Administer and coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career progression.Assist in resolving employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both staff and management.Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking to ensure timely and accurate compensation.Facilitate performance appraisal processes and support managers in identifying areas for improvement.Contribute to organizational development projects, such as employee engagement surveys and culture-building activities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and industry trends.Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
