Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the plant leadership team.Support workforce planning and manpower requirements.Drive talent acquisition and on-boarding activities.Lead performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.Coach managers on HR best practices and people management.Monitor HR KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.Support organizational change and business transformation projects. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or heavy industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Very good command of English.
