The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance and employee-centric culture.Role OverviewThe HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with management teams across factory and administrative departments to deliver effective HR solutions, support workforce planning, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the implementation of HR policies and best practices in alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide strategic HR supportSupport workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiativesDrive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planningProvide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policiesCollaborate with recruitment teams to identify hiring needs and support talent acquisition effortsImplement employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance organizational culture and productivityMonitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-makingEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practicesPartner with department managers to identify training and development needs and support capability-building initiativesFacilitate change management initiatives and support organizational transformation projects when requiredAct as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting effective communication and a positive work environmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5–10 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar rolePrevious experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage Manufacturing, or factory environments is highly preferredStrong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and employee relations practicesExperience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar populations is preferredStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skillsExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insightsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer development opportunities within a growing organizationDynamic and collaborative work environmentExposure to large-scale operations and safety management programsOpportunity to drive a culture of safety and operational excellence
