Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.Process employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.Prepare HR documents, including employment letters and certificates. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Relevant post-graduate HR studies (such as a diploma or certification) are preferred.Basic understanding of HR principles and employment practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Very good command of English (written and spoken).
