-Assist in attendance tracking, leaves, overtime records, and prepare payroll-related reports and data.-Handle employee files, contracts, onboarding documents, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.-Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation filing systems accurately.-Respond to employee inquiries, support daily HR operations, and coordinate HR requests with different departments.-Coordinate interviews, support recruitment activities, and assist in onboarding new hires.-Prepare HR reports, update trackers, and support administrative HR tasks and communications. 1. Education: Bachelor’s DegreeField of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.2. Years of Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel, Payroll Support, or HR Coordination.3. Technical Skills & Tools:Must-have: Microsoft Office (especially Excel), HR documentation management, attendance & payroll support, HRIS systems, communication and organizational skills.Nice-to-have: Experience with payroll systems, labor law knowledge, recruitment coordination, and ERP systems.4. Certifications/Licenses: HR certification is a plus (e.g., HR Diploma, HRCI, SHRM, or equivalent).5. Language Requirements: Arabic & English.6-Language Proficiency : Very good+
