Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.Handle personnel activities, including employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.Support and execute the payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Maintain and update employee data and HR systems.Assist in handling employee relations issues and HR inquiries.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.Support other HR functions such as performance management and training when needed. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Females only3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.Strong background in recruitment (must-have).Good knowledge of payroll processes and personnel operations.Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Good command of English and Arabic.Location : Masr El Gedida
