Manage the HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.Prepare employment contracts and complete hiring documentation.Manage employee files and ensure compliance with company policies.Respond to employees' HR inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.Monitor probation periods and follow up on employee evaluations.Prepare monthly HR reports (Headcount, Turnover, Recruitment Status, etc.).Coordinate attendance, leave records, and provide payroll-related data.Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.Experience with HRIS/HR Systems.Strong recruitment and onboarding experience.Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Good command of English.
