Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process. Post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and oversee new-hire orientations and onboarding plans.Responsible for gathering the required hiring documents from all newcomers. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Mediate conflicts and guide management through disciplinary and grievance processes.Manage the full-cycle of time attendance, lateness, vacations requests and balances.Responsible for all governmental document (contracts, form 1, form2, form6)Assist in administrative affairs duties. Good experience in recruitment and mass hiring.Good experience in personnel and payroll functions.Multitasks and can achieve the deadlines.Flexible and can adapt with new cultural.
