This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.Key AccountabilitiesManage the HR operation team by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisals to maximise the subordinates’ performanceOversee HR operations activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely executionManage medical insurance additions, deletions, refunds, and annual medical insurance renewalsCoordinate with insurance providers to negotiate terms, ensure coverage continuity, and update employee dataPrepare and deliver required forms to Social Insurance authorities (Forms 1, 2, and 6)Prepare and follow up on the governmental authorities’ payments (Ministry of Work, Social Insurance and Tax)Maintain and update the Social Insurance TrackerManage employee Onboarding and offboarding processesConduct exit interviews and prepare analytical reportsOversee payroll inputs, including overtime, allowances, deductions, alimony, and penaltiesManage bank account updates, cash salary cases, and payroll taxPrepare, issue, and maintain all HR letters and official documentationMonitor and process employment contract renewalsEnsure contract compliance with labour laws and company policiesEnsure and update HR practices comply with labour law, social insurance, tax, and internal regulationsMaintain accurate employee files (physical and electronic)Prepare and present the related HR reportsRequirements:Having previous experience in software industries is a mustA bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field is requiredA minimum of three years of experience in Human ResourcesStrong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergenciesSuperb conflict resolution skills Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all timesStrong knowledge of laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)Powered by JazzHROjKmNQ0W99
