Raya is hiring HR Head with the below responsibilities and qualifications:Responsibilities:Plan, manage, develop and evaluate Human Resource functions that support strategic goalsEnsure the ongoing development on both technical and interpersonal level skills for the team to ensure continuous career growth and developmentAct as an employee advocate partnering with the management representing labor standards to plan and execute strategies for ongoing employee engagementOversee the implementation of Raya policies and proceduresManage the HR team to achieve HR plan and support operational needsSubmit the HR budget of the company and monitor the performance during the yearManage the manpower planning process with department headsCoach department heads on conducting the earning needs analysis & performance managementSupport the employees in any needed area to maintain an employee-centric cultureSkillsMinimum 10 years of HR experience in which 5 years is in a management position.
