HR Manager – SESCO Steel GroupSESCO Steel Group is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function across the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Group HR operations while leading the HR Business Partners across all manufacturing plants and business units.The role will ensure the consistent implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices throughout the Group while partnering with executive management to drive organizational performance, workforce capability, employee engagement, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Group HR strategy in alignment with the Group's business objectives and growth plans.Lead and manage the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across all SESCO Steel Group plants and business units, ensuring consistent HR service delivery and alignment with Group standards.Provide strategic HR guidance and support to Plant Managers, General Managers, and functional leaders through the HRBP team.Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational design initiatives across the Group.Oversee talent acquisition activities in collaboration with the Group Talent Acquisition function to ensure timely hiring across all business units.Lead the Group's performance management, succession planning, talent review, and leadership development processes.Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, governance, and compliance standards across all locations.Lead employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and complex HR matters through the HRBP network.Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management initiatives across the Group.Monitor and review HR KPIs across all plants, identifying trends and implementing improvement initiatives.Partner with the Compensation & Benefits function to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.Support organizational restructuring, new business expansions, and plant mobilization projects from an HR perspective.Coach, mentor, and develop the HR Business Partner team to strengthen their strategic business partnering capabilities.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and corporate governance requirements across all operations.Present HR reports, workforce analytics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree or professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, SPHR, or equivalent) is preferred.12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR leadership role.Proven experience leading HR Business Partners across multiple manufacturing plants, business units, or geographic locations.Strong background in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning.Experience supporting large manufacturing workforces, including engineers, technical staff, and blue-collar employees.Excellent understanding of HR governance, labor law, and HR best practices.Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and translate business strategy into people initiatives.Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.Experience using HR analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive organizational performance.Experience with HRIS/ERP platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) is an advantage.Excellent command of English and Arabic.Preferred Industry ExperienceCandidates with experience in Steel Manufacturing, Steel Fabrication, Heavy Industry, Construction, Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or EPC organizations will be highly preferred.
