We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.Support current and future business needs through employee development.Maintain employee records and HR databases.Oversee performance evaluation systems.Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in HR or administrative functions is preferred.Good knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is an advantage.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team environment.
