Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, selection, job offers, and onboarding.Handle personnel affairs, including employee files, contracts, hiring documents, resignations, warnings, HR letters, and legal documentation.Prepare and review payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, deductions, bonuses, penalties, leaves, and salary changes.Follow up on attendance, vacations, shifts, absences, and employee discipline in accordance with company policies.Manage social insurance, labor office procedures, and all employee-related governmental requirements.Support department managers in manpower planning, performance follow-up, and employee evaluations.Handle employee relations, complaints, internal communication, and daily HR support.Participate in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, forms, and internal workflows.Identify training needs and support employee development plans.Help improve employee engagement, retention, discipline, and overall workplace culture.Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment, payroll, and employee status.Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies and Egyptian labor law. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Law, or a related field.7 - 10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or factory environments.Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, personnel affairs, employee relations, and HR operations.Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, labor office procedures, and HR documentation.Solid experience in attendance management, shifts, overtime, deductions, and payroll preparation.Good command of Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and follow-up skills.Ability to deal professionally with both employees and management.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic factory environment.
