The HR Operations professional will be responsible for overseeing daily HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and promoting a positive employee experience. Key responsibilities include managing HR policies, employee relations, and personnel data, as well as supporting HR management in optimizing operations. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to streamline human resources functions and drive organizational effectiveness.QualificationsProficiency in HR Operations and HR PoliciesFood ana beverage experience is must2-3 years of experience Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and best practicesExperience in Employee Relations and fostering a collaborative work environmentStrong skills in HR Management, including compliance and workforce managementExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environmentProficiency with HR software and tools is an assetBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredLives near by new cairo
