We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This opportunity is intended for Egyptian professionals with strong experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Government Relations, and HR Compliance.Job PurposeThe HR Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading the HR function for the Egypt office, ensuring efficient HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, personnel administration, medical insurance management, organization design, and compliance with Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Key Responsibilities• Establish and lead the HR function, procedures, workflows, and employee services for the Egypt office.• Manage day-to-day HR operations, personnel records, onboarding, offboarding, attendance coordination, and HR documentation.• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace issues.• Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.• Develop and maintain job descriptions, organization charts, reporting lines, and position records.• Manage medical insurance administration, including enrollment, renewals, claims support, and employee inquiries.• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and statutory HR requirements.• Lead and develop the local HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, medical insurance, and organization design.• Proven ability to establish HR processes, workflows, and employee service structures.• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and people management skills.• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent are preferred.
