HR Payroll Specialist

• Collect and review daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets• Calculate salaries, bonuses, allowances, and deductions accurately• Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely manner• Maintain and update employee payroll records (hours, wages, benefits, and new hires)• Generate payroll reports and track payroll expenses• Ensure accurate calculation of overtime, bonuses, and deductions using payroll systems• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field• Proven experience in payroll or a similar role• Strong knowledge of payroll processes• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems• High attention to detail and accuracy• Good communication and problem-solving skills
