Follow-up the hiring docs progress with accepted candidates.Handle contracts & insurance processes (Social & Medical).Documenting employees’ profiles: hard copy & soft copy.Keep record for leaves of employees.Oversee the daily attendance of employees and send daily reports.Prepare weekly reports to management for the overall leaves records, and the attendance patterns.Assist in booking interviews, and schedule appointments.Handle the job applications with candidates during interviews. Bachelor’s degree in any related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in handling insurance procedure.Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance procedures is a Must.Experience with Social Insurance and Labor Offices, and willingness to handle related field visits is a Must.
