Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).Mass-recruit frontline operational roles (Store Staff, Warehouse Personnel, and Blue-Collar positions) to meet rapid business expansion.Coordinate closely with Area Managers and Branch Managers to align on hiring needs and candidate evaluations.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various channels (job boards, social media, and local networks).Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and databases to ensure a smooth, time-efficient hiring process. 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.Experience in the Retail is highly preferred.Excellent candidate assessment, screening, and interviewing skills.Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
