Manage day-to-day HR operations at the project site.Maintain employee records and personnel documentation.Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping.Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies. 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Site Administration.Strong knowledge of personnel administration, attendance management, and HR documentation.Experience in maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in construction companies is a must
