Onboarding & Contracts: Facilitated new employee onboarding processes, prepared contracts, and organized employee files.Attendance & Leave Management:  attendance, tracked leave balances, and permissions (soft and hard copies).Documentation & Forms: Prepared necessary HR forms (e.g., permissions, leave requests, and assignments).Policy Compliance: Enforced company policies and ensured alignment with labor law.Payroll Management: Processed payroll, including overtime, deductions, and salary slips. * Bachelor's degree in human resources or related.* HR diploma is a must.* 2 : 5 years of experience in the Personal & Payroll section.* Very Good in English.* Excellent Microsoft Office user and familiarity with ERP systems * Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.* Efficient HR administration and people management skills.* Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
