Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Prepare, review, and renew employment contracts in compliance with labor law. Maintain and update personnel files, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, and variable payments prior to payroll finalization. Calculate social insurance, income tax, and statutory deductions. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and personnel matters. Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and internal HR policies. 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing and personnel administration.Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with HRIS or payroll software.Proven experience with HR systems such as MenaITech is preferred. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and cross-functional teams.
