Job Summary This position is responsible for managing employee records, ensuring accurate payroll processing, administering personnel policies, labor relations and supporting the design and delivery of total rewards programs. This role ensures compliance, fairness, and efficiency in compensation and benefits while fostering employee engagement.Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities ➢ Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. ➢ Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. ➢ Responsible for all related tasks to Social Insurance with forms number 1, 2 & 6. ➢ Responsible for all related tasks to medical insurance. ➢ Updating the employees' database for the whole company. ➢ Updating the holiday balance for the employees. ➢ Responsible for establishing medical insurance for the entire staff. ➢ Responsible for all related tasks to medical insurance including additions, deletions, receiving and delivering the new medical cards to the new hires. ➢ Dealing with the medical care company to establish medical reports and all other relevant tasks.➢ Handle medical insurance approvals requests, claims of reimbursement and finalize medical insurance invoices. ➢ Review employees' monthly attendance through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine" at the end of the month. ➢ Receive all attendance-related documents, such as leaves requests, missions’ requests, etc. ➢ Prepare all required documents of deductions as absenteeism, late, early leave and penalties from their salaries and additions as overtime. ➢ Keeping records of work times and attendance, tracking employees’ absences, and sending warnings accordingly. ➢ Provide the direct Manager with the monthly attendance report including overtime, working days and deductions that will reflect on employees’ salary. ➢ Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies. ➢ Ensure compliance with tax laws, social insurance, labor regulations and company policy. ➢ Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and reporting. ➢ Updating the leaves balance for the employees (annual, casual, sick). ➢ Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, clearances, exit interviews) ➢ Responsible for issuing any requested letters by the employees (HR letters, bank account opening letters, etc.). ➢ Respond to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees’ complaints and respond in a timely manner. ➢ Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs. ➢ Administer employee benefits (health insurance, allowances, retirement plans). ➢ Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness. ➢ Assist in performance management processes linked to rewards. ➢ Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits policies. ➢ Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll costs, benefits utilization). ➢ Support audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation. ➢ Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and compensation trends. ➢ Knowledge: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field. • 3+ years’ experience in HR field • Proven experience in payroll, personnel administration, and compensation/benefits. • Strong knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations. • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and MS Office. • 10th of Ramadan city or nearby residence is preferred.• Males are preferred.➢ Skills: • Computer Skills: Intermediate (especially Microsoft Office). • Language Skills: Intermediate (especially English Language). • Soft Skills: High attention to detail and confidentiality. • Accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive data. • Strong problem-solving skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.• Professionalism and discretion in employee relations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Good persuasive and negotiation skills • Confidence and persistence • Patience and self-motivation • Good Analytical and planning skills • A flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes• Strong teamwork and networking skills
