The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Role OverviewThe HR Specialist (Area) will be responsible for overseeing HR activities across assigned branches, acting as a business partner to operations teams, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes that support organizational goals and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day HR operations across multiple restaurant branchesManage recruitment and onboarding activities for assigned locationsHandle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to managersMonitor attendance, leave management, and employee recordsEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR proceduresSupport performance management and employee development initiativesConduct branch visits and provide HR support to operational teamsAssist in resolving workplace conflicts and employee concernsPrepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee documentationContribute to employee engagement and retention initiativesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail, or F&B industryStrong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practicesExperience supporting multiple branches or operational sites is highly preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer growth opportunities within a leading restaurant chainDynamic and collaborative work environmentExposure to multi-site HR operationsProfessional development and learning opportunities
