Collaborate with headquarters to develop branding strategies. Identify recruitment partners for the region.Steer the process of the appointment of high performers and high potentials for the Talent Pool and succession planning in alignment with regional management and headquarters.Identify the training needs and collaborate with local HRBP’s for coordination and delivery of training programs. Closely cooperate with the headquarters about regional trainings.Perform training effectiveness evaluation. Grow network with external training providers.Create competency profiles for all jobs and steer the process of competence mapping in all entities of the region.Identify competence gaps and implement measures to fill them including guiding the managers on having effective dialogue with their employees.Lead creation of job descriptions in non-management areasAssist with the administration of the performance appraisal process and promote performance culture by coaching managers.Support the HRBP of local entity in important projectsYou can help us with these qualifications:B.A. degree in Human Resources Management or related experience, Business Administration or related to meet the requirements of education or experience.7+ years of experience in roles consisting of talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, competency development.Must have a successful record of accomplishment of leading function for an organization with multiple locations and/or subsidiaries.This experience includes the ability to create and communicate through a variety of methods (classroom, webinar, etc.).This Is Important To UsIntegrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture.
