The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, leading business pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.Qualifications:Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong networking abilities, active listening, and effective verbal and written communication.Customer-Focused Skills: Expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and providing exceptional Customer Experience.Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify business opportunities, create growth strategies, and meet acquisition targets.Analytical and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and managing multiple client projects simultaneously.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
