Implement corporate HSE strategy, manuals, and protocols across all active operational sites and physical facilities.Ensure strict adherence to Egyptian Labor Law, environmental regulations (EEAA guidelines), and international standards.Coordinate with Egyptian Civil Defense authorities to secure fire safety certifications and ensure fire-fighting, alarm, and evacuation infrastructures are fully operational.Conduct rigorous risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) while managing the Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk FM operations (e.g., facade cleaning at heights and MEP maintenance).Audit third-party contractors, facility service providers, and maintenance vendors to enforce strict compliance with site safety requirements.Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations for any accidents, near-misses, or property damage, drafting timely corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.Formulate and test comprehensive emergency response plans and business continuity measures through regular live evacuation drills across assets.Deliver targeted HSE training modules, lead toolbox talks, and run continuous safety awareness campaigns to build an incident-free working culture.Participate actively in operational readiness reviews, testing, commissioning, and safety audits during new facility handovers and asset transitions.Participate actively as a core member of the internal Health and Safety Committee, ensuring regular meetings are attended, compliance items are addressed, and action plans are implemented in line with local statutory requirements.Maintain flawless compliance documentation, HSE performance dashboards, and present regular safety and sustainability metric updates to the HSE Director. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.HSE-related certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly preferred.Certified as an "HSE Specialist" by the Egyptian National Institute of Occupational Health and Safety.- Previous Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience within HSE, with at least 3–5 years in a dedicated managerial capacity.Strong track record within Facility Management (FM), Real Estate operational portfolios, or large-scale multi-site commercial/residential property environments.- Special requirements: Deep operational knowledge of technical FM systems (HVAC, Chillers, Light/Heavy current grids) and their specific safety hazards.Familiarity with Egyptian regulatory frameworks, governmental inspectorate behaviors, and environmental compliance procedures.Strong commanding presence with excellent leadership, bilingual communication (English/Arabic), and stakeholder management skills.
