Participate in creating HSE rules, procedure, technical instructions and policies.Preparation of health, safety, and environmental documentation and safety plans for new projects.Aware of Auditing standards- Especially ISO full audit circle.Maintain and update company HSE manual and standards.Apply techniques and inspections to prevent causes which lead to accidents or even injuries at work.Prepare Job Risk Analysis (or Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)) for different activities and assist the risks and hazards evaluation continually.Comply with the up to date with governmental regulations, laws for safety and environmental and OSHA standards.Conduct safety audits both at office and at job sites.Investigate and analyze in all occurred accidents and incidents to identify the root causes, the trends and suggesting improvement actions.Prepare safety reports and analyze safety statics.Provide in-house safety and environmental training and awareness.Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.Participate with other departments in evaluating the suppliers, subcontractors and services providers.Eliminate any pollution or hazard sources.Ensure the availability of all safety and environmental tools and equipment all the time and make sure that all safety tools and equipment are in workable condition.Participate in preparing and implementing contingency and evacuation plans according to the job requirements. Education / Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or equivalent from a reputed University.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to field operations. including ISO certification and/or Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management for high-performance systems.Job specific requirements:From 1: 3 Years of experience.Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
