Oversee safety work permits before operations and monitor environmental measurements (noise, light, energy, etc.). Establish internal audits and self-inspection programs, follow up on findings, and implement corrective actions. Maintain and update emergency plans, conduct drills, and lead investigations of incidents to identify root causes and preventive actions. Train employees on HSE practices, manage PPE and first aid readiness, and ensure contractors comply with all HSE requirementsRequirementsBachelor degree of Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy. 4-6 years of experience in HSE management. Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and safety systems. Experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigationPreferably in 10th of Ramadan Zone.
