Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo & Giza for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist in the medical sector. The HSE Specialist will ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and implement workplace safety measures to promote a safe working environment. The role involves identifying potential hazards, delivering safety training for staff, conducting inspections and audits, and developing risk mitigation strategies for healthcare settings.Qualifications1 to 3 years of experience in HSE within the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospital sectorProficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health principlesExperience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and complianceKnowledge of workplace safety standards and risk assessment practicesAbility to conduct Safety Training and awareness programsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in preparing health and safety documentation and reportsBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across medical facilitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsConduct regular inspections and risk assessmentsInvestigate incidents and prepare detailed reportsCoordinate safety trainings and awareness sessionsSupport emergency response and workplace safety initiatives
